Cubs should wear uniform, with good walking shoes, and bring wet weather gear in case of rain. If there is severe weather the walk may be postponed; please check emails or WhatsApp before coming.
 
Note that the drop-off and pick-up points are not the same:
 - Meet 6pm in Shepherd St near Victoria Rd (north side of Victoria Rd, outside the OnePoint Health Centre)
 - Pickup 8pm from the Ryde Park War Memorial, opposite the Ebenezer Chapel, 22 Blaxland Rd Ryde.
Parents who have completed their Scouts NSW A2 form are welcome to join us for the walk; minibus transport can be provided for up to 13 passengers back to vehicles parked near the starting point in Shepherd St.
For all others, there is a good parking area between the old Argyle Theatre and former Ryde Bowling Club, close to the pickup point at the Ryde War Memorial.
 
This meeting will contribute to the Cubs' Milestone Award in the areas of Community and Environment and add a further 3km to their record of distance walked for Scouting activities.
