This is a special BBQ for the Hand Spinners & Weavers annual show.  

We have been invited to be the food suppliers for the day!  We need 2 families per shift - and need to transport our own gazebo, BBQ, tables and food.  We will set up in the rear courtyard of the House, near the carpark.

It's a bit different to a Bunnings BBQ though - we are doing sausages, bacon, eggs (any combo) plus drinks. Adults are needed to do the BBQing.

Please book your times so you don't miss out. We will be handling money and swipe card so we need teenagers and older for this.

Each of the time slots requires an answer. Put your names in the appropriate time slot. It is OK to pick more than 1 slot if you can.  Use N/A for the ones you cannot do.

Please wear closed in shoes, Scout uniform or Group Polo Shirt.  Bring your best customer service manners and a big smile!

The first time slot is only at our Scout Hall to pack all the gear. If you can help with transport, please mention that.
